CaringBack is preparing for an App Store launch. The app is not yet publicly available to download or purchase.

Your data

Delete your account and data

CaringBack is still being prepared and is not publicly available. Before public launch, the app will offer authenticated deletion of your own account.

The authenticated deletion endpoint is part of the service, but the in-app button and status flow are still a launch blocker. This website or an email is not the same as a deletion request already being recorded.

When the app is available

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete and open settings.
  2. Choose “Delete my account” and confirm your own identity as the screen requests.
  3. Keep the random request ID and check the status in the app. The status shows only state and timestamps, not health data.

What happens after confirmation

The server revokes the session and blocks new access immediately. A background process removes data associated only with the account that requested deletion. Failed work is retried. We do not promise a fixed completion time; the app shows the actual request state.

Personal data includes the profile, devices and sessions, consents, schedules, reports, check-ins, help requests, and locations linked to the account. Records belonging to other family members may remain; where needed, the deleted person’s identity is removed or replaced with a reference that cannot be linked back. Deletion does not erase other members’ own accounts or histories.

An offline device may keep local copies until it reconnects and receives cleanup instructions. Screenshots, copies exported by family members, and data Apple or RevenueCat keeps under purchase rules are not removed by this process. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Cloudflare D1 recovery history may contain deleted copies for up to 30 days, depending on the provider plan, which may use a shorter period. An older restore could reintroduce data, so it is not part of normal service; see the privacy policy.

If you need help

Email support@caringback.com for guidance. Email is a contact channel and does not automatically record a deletion request. Do not include medication names, symptoms, photos, credentials, or medical documents in your first message.
